The Story
I didn't wake up one day and choose a lane. I was built for the intersection. Professional barber, Kingdom teacher, author, strategist, graduate student, and legacy builder — none of those identities compete. They compound.
At the foundation is a conviction that has never changed: excellence is not performance, it is stewardship. Premium Fade League is that philosophy made visible. Bringing my mother, Mama Kristy, in as Client Experience Manager wasn't just filling a role — it was building a legacy that could be inherited.
I teach because most people aren't living beneath their capacity — they're living beneath their understanding. I am a father, a husband, a son, a graduate student. I build in public so the next generation knows what it looks like to carry a standard without compromising a soul. That is the mission.

Darius uses his perceptive powers to dream and craft his skills and vision to guide him through his entrepreneurial journey. The process to accumulate intelligence and build his network includes his previous and completed studies at Texas State University in Business Administration with minors in Leadership Studies and Mass Communications. He is matriculating for a Masters Program that will further his commitment in theology and ministry. His humbleness and charismatic nature has drawing power for attracting potential clients, partners, and helping him to build a world class team. Considered to be a chess player, Darius thinks and acts long-term. He has the tenacity to absorb the bumps of potential setbacks while constantly fire-fighting, improvising, and using every situation as a learning opportunity. He is always looking at what's next and striking with serious speed. Time is always of the essence.
